Kenneth L. Byrne has been General Counsel in charge of the legal affairs of Cincom Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates since May 1996. Prior to joining Cincom, Mr. Byrne was an attorney in private practice with the Cincinnati law firm of Cors and Bassett from 1989 to1996, and with the Cincinnati law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris and Arthur from 1986 to1989. Prior to entering private practice, he was Vice-President and General Counsel for KDI Corporation, an NYSE company based in Cincinnati (1971-1986). Mr. Byrne is an attorney at law licensed to practice in Ohio (1971). He received his JD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1971. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University (1966), and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, also from Xavier University (1984). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Byrne served two years in the United States Marine Corps (1966-1968). |
