Brian Bish is in charge of all operations regarding Cincom's pre- and post-sale activities, as well as directing Cincom's "STAR" teams -- groups focused on individual product management and marketing.

Mr. Bish has spent most of his 25-plus career in the software industry, mostly at Cincom. He has held various pre-sale, post-sale, customer support and engineering roles at Cincom including senior management for customer support for 12 years and senior engineering manager for Cincom's largest product line for six years. He has also served as Vice-President of Product Management and Marketing for Allen Systems Group a supplier of software for the mainframe marketplace.

He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for OverC International, a Cincom subsidiary focused on international contact center outsourcing.

Mr. Bish's accomplishments include extensive experience in managing and improving support centers for Cincom Systems' software products such as:

• Establishing Cincom's current support structure and growing the support organization from a 20-person team to its current size of 150 with an annual budget of $7.4 million.

• Spearheading initiatives to improve the technology used in Cincom's support contact centers to improve customer support.

• Managing a senior consulting team responsible for creating new processes and implementing business process re-engineering projects to build upon a set of "best practices." The best practices included ISO 9000 certification for Cincom's European operations and CMM certification for the U.S. engineering operation.

Mr. Bish has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati.
